We are proud to announce our first “Chef Table” event
for 2011 at the Fifth Floor Restaurant.

During a recent trip to San Francisco we decided, at the last moment, to pay Fifth Floor a visit. We knew that the restaurant went through some recent changes, which included a new chef.

 

We were greatly impressed by perfectly prepared magnificent cuisine.  Without question, Executive Chef David Bazirgan ranks among the best the City has to offer.  Enticing presentations, with superb flavors, is only part of the reason why this Chef was named one of the Top 5 “Rising Star Chef’s” by the San Francisco Chronicle, and received a three-star rating while at Baraka on Potrero Hill.

 

His resume includes work at the renowned Elizabeth Daniel as well as Executive Chef of Chez Papa Resto at Mint Plaza, where again he was awarded three stars by the Chronicle.  This impressive Chef is at the “top of his game” and we are delighted to present his culinary masterpieces to our Society.  We were delighted to meet with Chef Bazirgan during our visit, and he enthusiastically agreed to do an event for our group!

 

After careful consideration, we have decided to pair Chef Bazirgan’s dishes with Burgundy selections to highlight the evening.  We hope you will join us for this remarkable “Chef Table” event.  Since seating is limited -- please respond quickly in order to secure your spot.
