We are delighted to present this outstanding Zinfandel event with Winery Owner and Winemaker Dan Teldeschi.
F. Teldeschi Winery is one of the premier Zinfandel producers in Dry Creek Valley. The event will feature Teldeschi Zinfandel’s going back thirty years. The vintages from 1985, 1986 and 1987 were featured in London at the Mandarin Oriental at Hyde Park which were a huge hit. The wines are simply superb. Dan decided to round out the evening with his outstanding Chardonnay, along with a very special presentation of his 2009 Muscat Canelli with dessert. A few years back we featured a Lafite and Mouton event at 25 Lusk in their private dining room and decided it would be a perfect venue for a Zinfandel event.
Executive Chef/Partner Matthew Dolan has a solid culinary background; a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park New York, with tenures at Café des Artistes in Manhattan, Emeril’s New Orleans and culinary positions in Europe.
We have selected an outstanding menu, which undoubtedly will pair well with Dan’s wines. Be sure to visit the glassed in show kitchen upstairs to witness Chef Dolan’s formidable culinary team at work.
