It is with great excitement to present this year’s extraordinary weekend adventure at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago Beverly Hills. Wine maestro and member, Ed Lazarus, has once again carefully selected an outstanding wine selection to accompany Wolfgang’s superb surprise menu.
Of all the events we conduct, our annual event in Beverly Hills is number one in attention to detail, wine pairings and incomparable service by the exacting staff at Spago. We are very much looking forward to celebrating a decade and a half of hosting events at Wolfgang’s legendary Beverly Hills restaurant.
You will find the wine list speaks for itself -- a terrific lineup for our traditional Friday night Bordeaux evening, with the addition of outstanding 1963 Port selections to close both events.
Following in appropriate order, the following day, we will present our annual DRC luncheon featuring great vintages, along with the Chairman’s DRC surprise wine.
Special indeed is this very exceptional weekend of wine and food presented in the grand dining tradition of the IWFS experience. We have collected these extraordinary wines over several decades, and look forward to sharing these pristine and rare bottles with our members and their guests.
